1. Definitions

"Site", "we", "us", "our" — the website yachtsindubai.com, operated by INLD LIMITED.

"You", "Client" — a visitor who submits an enquiry through this Site.

"Partner Operator" — the independent boat owner or operator whose vessel, captain and crew actually deliver a charter. Partner Operators are not employees or agents of INLD LIMITED.

"Charter" — the yacht rental service provided directly by a Partner Operator, including the vessel, captain and crew.

"Enquiry" — the request you send us from this Site, either by tapping the WhatsApp button or by sending the enquiry form, as described in Section 4.

2. What this Site is

yachtsindubai.com lists boats available for charter around Dubai Marina and helps you reach the right one. You browse the fleet, tap a WhatsApp button, and continue the conversation directly with our team on WhatsApp. We match your group, dates and budget to a suitable Partner Operator and hand the enquiry over to them.

3. What this Site is not

yachtsindubai.com is not a yacht charter operator, not a travel agency, and not an online booking or payment platform. We do not process card payments, hold deposits, issue booking confirmations on behalf of a Partner Operator, or guarantee the availability of any boat. Nothing on this Site is an offer capable of acceptance that forms a Charter contract — a Charter is agreed separately, directly with the Partner Operator.

4. How an enquiry works

When you tap the WhatsApp button, two things happen. First, your browser opens a WhatsApp chat pre-filled with a short message and, if you were looking at a specific boat, its name. Second, this Site sends a short record — the page you were on and that same context — to our own systems, so that whoever answers on WhatsApp already knows what you are asking about. We forward that record to our team on Telegram and, where configured, to our internal booking system. Section 2 of the Privacy Policy describes exactly what is sent.

The enquiry form works the same way, without the messenger: sending it passes us the phone number you typed, the date and guest count if you filled them in, and the same page and boat context. We use that number to get back to you about your enquiry. Sending the form is a request for a shortlist, not a booking, and it does not hold a boat or a date.

Everything that follows — dates, guest numbers, questions, and any agreement to charter a boat — happens in the conversation that follows, on WhatsApp or on the number you left us. A conversation on WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own terms, not by this document.

5. The Charter contract

If you go on to book, the Charter contract is between you and the Partner Operator who provides the boat, not between you and INLD LIMITED. The Partner Operator is responsible for the seaworthiness of the vessel, a qualified captain and crew, and the conduct of the trip. We are not a party to that contract and do not guarantee its terms, its performance, or the conduct of the Partner Operator.

6. Fleet listings

Boat details on this Site — length, guest capacity, amenities and photos — are provided to describe the range of vessels we can connect you with. Some listings are still being confirmed directly with the owner; where a listing is not yet confirmed, we say so on the boat's page. Confirm the exact specification and condition of any boat with the Partner Operator before you charter it.

7. Pricing

Where a rate is confirmed, it is shown in AED per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours, matching how Partner Operators price a charter around Dubai Marina. Where a rate has not yet been confirmed with the owner, the boat's page shows "price on request" instead of a figure — that is a placeholder, not a quote. The total you pay is agreed directly with the Partner Operator when you book, and can depend on the season, the exact route, and any extras you add. Nothing on this Site is a binding price quote.

8. What is typically included

Charters generally include: captain, crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, towels, sound system. They generally do not include: food, alcohol, decoration, water sports. Exact inclusions vary by boat and Partner Operator and are confirmed with them before you book — this list is a general guide, not a guarantee for any specific charter.

9. Payment

yachtsindubai.com does not collect payment, hold a deposit, or process card details anywhere on this Site. Any deposit, balance or on-board payment is arranged and paid directly between you and the Partner Operator, on whatever terms you agree with them.

10. Cancellation, delays and weather

Cancellation, rescheduling and weather-related decisions are made by the Partner Operator and the boat's captain, not by us, because the Charter contract is with them. If the captain judges conditions unsafe, the charter is the Partner Operator's call to reschedule or cancel. Ask the Partner Operator about their cancellation terms before you confirm a booking with them.

11. On board

Once on board, the captain has final authority over the route, safety and the conduct of the trip. Guest numbers may not exceed the licensed capacity of the vessel. Follow the captain and crew's safety instructions at all times, including wearing a life jacket when asked to.

12. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information about your group, dates and requirements so we can match you to a suitable boat. Arrive on time for your charter, and do not board while heavily intoxicated or in a state that could endanger yourself or others — the captain may refuse boarding on that basis. You are responsible for any damage you cause to a boat or its equipment during a charter, payable directly to the Partner Operator.

13. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this Site belong to INLD LIMITED or are used with permission. Boat photos may belong to the Partner Operator whose vessel they show. You may not copy or republish this Site's content, or scrape it with automated tools, without our permission.

14. Third-party services

The WhatsApp button on this Site opens a conversation on WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

15. Limitation of liability

yachtsindubai.com acts only as an enquiry and matching service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INLD LIMITED is not liable for the condition of any boat, the conduct of any Partner Operator, captain or crew, weather, cancellations, or any loss arising from a Charter itself — your Charter contract is with the Partner Operator, not with us. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version always applies to enquiries made after a change. We will update the effective date above when we do.

Operations are conducted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Upon registration of a United Arab Emirates entity, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
