Is 'boat rental' really the same as 'yacht rental' here?

Yes. On this site the two words point at the exact same product: a private charter with a captain, the whole boat booked for one group. We use both words in our own text because search behaviour splits between them even though the booking doesn't change. If one page says 'yacht' and another says 'boat,' the fleet, the crew and the two-hour minimum behind it are identical.

That's not the case on every charter site worldwide. In some markets, 'boat rental' specifically means a bareboat hire: you take the wheel yourself, usually after showing a licence, with no crew aboard. Dubai's charter market doesn't really run that model in practice, and we don't offer it. Every booking here comes with a captain and crew as standard, regardless of which word brought you to this page.

Do you have small, affordable boats, or only big yachts?

Both, though 'affordable' depends on the boat since we don't publish one blanket rate. The fleet runs from 46 to 110 feet and carries between 8 and 60 guests, so a small group and a large one are covered by the same booking process, just a different boat.

At the compact end, the Oryx Viktoriia is 46 feet and takes up to 12 guests, and the Pershing 5X models sit at 52 feet with room for 8, smaller and sportier than the rest of the fleet. At the other end, three yachts run from 96 to 110 feet, including the Sky Walker Caliente's 60-guest capacity, the largest single figure in the fleet.

The rate isn't one published number for the same reason: a 46-foot boat and a 110-foot one cost differently to run, so a specific rate only makes sense once we know which boat fits your group and dates. Tell us the headcount and we'll point you at the boat, not a generic quote.

Do you offer boats without a captain, or self-drive options?

No. A captain and crew come standard on every booking, no exceptions by boat size. That's not an add-on line item, it's part of what the base rate covers on every one of the 20 boats we work with.

If a self-drive rental without crew is specifically what you're after, that's a different product from what we run, and we'd rather say so upfront than sell a booking that doesn't match what you wanted. Message us anyway if you're not sure which one fits, and we'll point you the right direction.

Where do the boats depart from?

Mostly Dubai Harbour. Eighteen of our 20 boats dock there, with one yacht based at Dubai Marina and one, our catamaran, at Jewel of the Creek. Which marina a specific booking leaves from depends on which boat we've matched to your group, not on which word you searched to find this page.

Dubai Harbour sits on the same stretch of coast as Palm Jumeirah, with Bluewaters, Ain Dubai and Atlantis visible from the water and Burj Al Arab further along the shoreline. We haven't measured routes or sailing times between those landmarks, so we won't invent a schedule here. Once you're aboard, the captain builds the route around what your group wants to see, inside the hours you've booked.
