What actually changes on a 90-foot-plus yacht?

Mostly space, not the list of inclusions. Captain, crew, soft drinks, water and ice come with every yacht we run, from the Cruiser 47 Fly up to Behike. What grows with length is the cabin count and the deck area per guest: Behike and the Sunseeker 40M Encore have five cabins each, Stardom and Motor Yacht X35 three, Motor Yacht X16 two.

The guest limit doesn't grow with the boat. All five take up to 12 guests, the same as most of the fleet, so a charter at this size buys room rather than headcount. If your group is bigger, the Sunseeker 64 takes up to 25; beyond that we look for a partner boat on request instead of promising a number we can't put a yacht behind.

Build year and refit differ more than length suggests. Stardom was built in 2017 and refitted in 2023. Behike and the Encore date from 2009, both refitted in 2022, while Motor Yacht X35 and X16 were built in 2008 and refitted since. For a yacht party or a birthday charter of up to 12 people, any of the five works. Tell us what the day is for and we'll suggest the one that suits it.

Where do the largest yachts depart from?

All five from Dubai Harbour, where 14 of our 16 yachts dock. The other two, the Sunseeker 64 and the Cruiser 47 Fly, are based at Dubai Marina Yacht Club, and neither is in the luxury class.

Dubai Harbour sits on the same stretch of coast as Palm Jumeirah, with Ain Dubai, Bluewaters and Atlantis visible from the water and Burj Al Arab further along the shoreline. We haven't measured sailing times or routes between these landmarks, so we won't quote one. What we can say is that a charter from Harbour puts you on that shoreline from the moment you leave the dock, on whichever of the five boats fits your group best.

How far ahead should we book a large yacht?

Earlier than for a smaller boat, simply because there are fewer of them. We run five yachts at 92 feet and above against eleven across the rest of the fleet, so the large class has less spare inventory for a given date, especially around September, the busiest month in our own year-long measurement of Dubai charter demand.

That measurement, built from our own advertising data and cross-checked against DataForSEO on 2026-09-01, shows Dubai yacht demand peaking in September and easing through June, a swing of roughly 2.7 times rather than the near-total drop-off some charter markets see in the off-season. For a class of five boats, even that moderate seasonal lift concentrates demand onto a small number of dates.

The booking itself is longer too. All five have a 10-hour minimum, the operator's day-rate window, so a large-yacht charter means a full day on the water. If a specific weekend matters, tell us early rather than a day or two out, so we can hold the boat that fits before someone else books it.
