What size yacht fits our birthday group?

It runs the full range of the fleet. At the small end, the Pershing 5X models carry up to 8 guests each, and the Oryx Viktoriia takes up to 12, both suited to a quiet birthday with a tight guest list. In the middle, most of the boats at 50 to 55 feet, the Azimut Candy, Azimut Monica and the Sky Walker Art, Axa and Gib among them, carry 17 guests, with the Azimut 8ofUs, Azimut My Choice and Lady Maya at 20.

For a bigger celebration, the Azimut Lucky Star, Sky Walker Aura and Sky Walker Amie X63 Sport each carry 25 guests, the Nedship Khalili takes 30, and our catamaran, the Ozone, carries up to 40. At the top of the range, the Sky Walker Caliente takes up to 60 guests, the largest single capacity in the fleet.

Tell us the headcount and we'll point you at the boat that actually fits, rather than the other way around. Guest capacity doesn't track length in a straight line here: some boats at 52 feet carry 17 guests, others carry 8, so starting from the number of people gets you to the right yacht faster than starting from a boat name.

Can we bring our own cake, decoration and music?

A sound system is standard on every yacht, so your own playlist runs through it without extra equipment. Cake and decoration aren't part of the included list, so plan to bring them yourselves and set them up in the time you've booked, or ask us in advance whether the crew can help, since that depends on the boat.

Alcohol works the same way as decoration: arranged separately and brought aboard rather than supplied. If the celebration is closer to a full yacht party than a quiet birthday, tell us what you're planning so we can flag anything the specific yacht can't accommodate before you book.

How long should we book, and does a bigger group need more notice?

Two hours is the minimum across the fleet, and most birthday charters end up booking three or four to leave room for people to arrive, settle in and actually use the boat rather than cruise past the view once. Time beyond the minimum is billed at the same hourly rate.

Yes, if your group is near the top of the range. Only one yacht in the fleet, the Sky Walker Caliente, carries up to 60 guests, so that boat has less spare inventory for a given date than the boats carrying 15 to 25. Smaller groups have more boats to choose from and more flexibility on timing.

Does it work for a kid's birthday, not just an adult celebration?

Yes, the booking itself doesn't change: whole boat, your guest list, no strangers aboard, whether the birthday is for a six-year-old or a sixtieth. What usually shifts for a kid's party is duration and boat choice: a smaller, calmer boat with a shorter booking often suits younger guests better than a full afternoon on the water.

Tell us the age range along with the headcount when you message us. It changes which boat we'd suggest and how long we'd recommend booking for, though the two-hour minimum still applies regardless of who the celebration is for.
