Privacy Policy
Effective 1 September 2026
The short version:
- This Site does not have user accounts, does not take payment, and does not run advertising trackers or pixels.
- We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool run on the same infrastructure that hosts this Site, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you individually — see Section 2.
- When you tap the WhatsApp button, we record the page you were on and which boat you asked about, so whoever answers already has context.
- When you send the enquiry form, we receive the phone number you typed and, if you filled them in, the date and the number of guests — that is the only place on this Site where you hand us contact details, and it happens only because you chose to.
- Your conversation itself happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
1. Who we are
This Site, yachtsindubai.com, is operated by INLD LIMITED, Company Number 12040493 (England and Wales), registered office Redhill Marina, Ratcliffe-on-Soar, Nottingham, England, NG11 0EB, United Kingdom. Operations are conducted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this Policy, message us using the WhatsApp button on this Site, or leave your number in the enquiry form — those are our two contact channels.
2. What we collect
This Site is static and has no database of its own and no login. Two things leave it, and both are triggered by you.
The first is the WhatsApp button. When you tap it, your browser sends us the address of the page you were on and, if you were looking at a specific boat, that boat's name — so the person answering on WhatsApp already knows what you are asking about. We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or IP address through this mechanism; anything you type afterwards is typed inside WhatsApp itself, not on this Site.
The second is the enquiry form. Sending it gives us the phone number you typed and, when you fill them in, the date you are looking at and the number of guests, alongside the same page address and boat name as above. The phone number is the only piece of personal data this Site asks for directly, and only the form asks for it: we use it to call or message you back about your enquiry, and for nothing else. The form does not ask for your name, email or address, and it never sends your number to our analytics — see the paragraph below.
This Site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages get read. It runs automatically as you browse — there is nothing to opt into — and records, per page view: the page address, the referring site (if any), an approximate location derived from your request (country, region, city — not a street address), your device type, operating system and browser, and a timestamp. It also records when you tap the WhatsApp button: a named event carrying the page address and the same short context label (for example, which boat or which section of the page) that this Site already sends to our team as described above — never anything you type, since nothing is typed before the button opens WhatsApp — so we can see how often, and from where, the enquiry button is used, and the same for the enquiry form: sending it records a named event with the page address and that same short context label. Neither event ever carries the phone number, the date or the guest count — those go to our team only, never to analytics. As described in Vercel's own documentation, none of this is tied to your name, email or any other identity, and it does not store your IP address — visitors are identified only by a hash generated from the request, discarded automatically after 24 hours.
3. What we do not collect
We do not create accounts or passwords. We do not collect or process payment card details — this Site does not take payment at all. We do not collect identity documents, selfies, or any other verification data. We do not run advertising pixels or any third-party tracking on this Site. Our analytics (Section 2) is cookieless and runs on the same infrastructure that hosts this Site, not through an outside ad network, and we do not set cookies beyond what your browser may use to load the pages themselves.
4. How we collect it
A short script runs in your browser when you tap the WhatsApp button. It sends the page address and boat context to our server, then opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The request is sent whether or not the WhatsApp conversation that follows ever leads anywhere.
5. Why we process it
We process this small amount of context because it is necessary to respond to your enquiry properly — matching you to the right boat and Partner Operator depends on knowing which page and which boat prompted your message. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond answering that enquiry.
6. Who we share it with
The page and boat context is forwarded to our own team via Telegram, so that someone can pick up the conversation, and — where we have configured it — to our internal booking system, so an enquiry is not lost between shifts. Neither of these is used for advertising, and neither receives more than the page address and boat context described in Section 2.
If your enquiry leads to a booking, the boat is provided by an independent Partner Operator, and it is you, not us, who shares whatever details you choose with them inside the WhatsApp conversation. Partner Operators handle that information under their own privacy practices, not this Policy.
The anonymous page-view and click data described in Section 2 is processed by Vercel, the company that hosts this Site and provides Vercel Web Analytics, strictly to generate the aggregated statistics we look at ourselves. Vercel does not use it for advertising.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
7. Cookies
This Site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising — Vercel Web Analytics (Section 2) works without cookies, identifying a visit only by a short-lived hash — and does not show a cookie banner because it has nothing to ask consent for. If that changes in the future, this Policy will be updated first.
8. How long we keep it
We do not operate a database on this Site, so the page-and-context record described in Section 2 is not stored here — it is forwarded once, at the moment you tap the button. Anything kept afterwards lives in our Telegram chat history or booking system, for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Analytics data (Section 2) is stored and aggregated by Vercel; per Vercel's documentation, the hash used to identify a visit is discarded automatically after 24 hours, and what we see afterwards is aggregated statistics, not a record tied to any one visitor.
9. International transfers
Telegram, WhatsApp and Vercel are operated by companies based outside Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any message or analytics data point described in this Policy is processed on their infrastructure under their own terms. We do not control where those companies process data.
10. Your rights
Because this Site does not hold an account or profile for you, there is little stored data to request. If you would like to ask what page-and-boat context we hold about a specific enquiry, or ask us to delete it from our Telegram or booking records, message us using the WhatsApp button on this Site and we will act on your request.
11. Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone we know to be a child.
12. Security
This Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Because we do not process payment details or identity documents, there is no card or document data on this Site for a breach to expose.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy if what this Site collects changes; the effective date above will change when we do.
14. Company details
