Cancellation Policies

Bad Weather and Technical Issues
Free Reschedule or Refund Incase of Bad weather conditions and Technical Issues

No Refund Policy for Non Peak Season
Any cancellation within 7 days subject to full cancellation charges. No refund or no rescheduling possible in case of cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled activity.

Payment Return Policy
Payment will be returned via same card and subject to 10% merchant fees.

Availability of The Activity.
All the activities are on subject to first come first serve basis. All yachts are available for general booking, until a deposit is placed upon a yacht for specific date.
05.
High Season Cancellation Policies
New Year, Public Holidays and high season (From Nov 1 to 31st Jan)
Full refund only if cancelled 14 Days in advance, No refund or rescheduling provided, if cancelled within 14 days from the activity date.
06.
Foods and other Add on charges
Due to perishable items of the food items, all catering orders are non-refundable.

Payment Policy
100% Payment require at the time of booking. Payment can be done by credit card, bank transfers or cash.
